Brenda A. Wendt has been a real estate appraisal
professional since 1990 and established her own business in 1995. She has
performed real estate valuations on a variety of property types including
single and multi-family residential, industrial, subdivision, professional
office, medical office, community and neighborhood retail centers,
industrial and R&D projects, hotels, motels, bank branches, mobile home
parks, restaurants, storage warehouses, development land and various other
specialty property types across the nation. In addition she has
participated in major portfolio analyses, court preparation and litigation
appraisal.
She is presently a senior consultant in real estate valuation where
she performs appraisals of both residential and commercial properties.
Recently she finds herself performing many estate planning and divorce
appraisals in the general southern California area.
